As everyone said, it really depends on what a usual night out means for you. Where I live nights out can stretch to days out, and I like to dance, so I go for something comfortable.

People still go for all black, but I think that's lame. Definitely some beat up comfortable sneakers and a T-shirt. A simple sweater I hide behind the DJ or somewhere else. I love it when people dress extravagant, but I keep it basic. If there is a theme I will try though.

Clubbing should be about the music and the people, not a showcase.

I wear a dark or white oversized tshirt, dark cropped (or cuffed) pants and my 1461s. It's a nice silhouette which stays simple & comfy but also looks clean.
If it's cold I've got a reversible bomber which is black on one side and 3M on the other shit is great if you ever want to film an impromptu rap video. Pic related.

Pretty much what this guy said. Old pic but pretty much what I wear to night out, cheap ass tee with jeans. Nowadays I wear scoop necks similar to the white-tee dude in OP's pic, I prefer the more relaxed aesthetic of them versus standard crew. Also I don't wear a watch anyomore 99% of the time.

Most of the guys I know try to dress up with button ups and shit, sometimes even tie. I've always felt that if you want to get laid or meet new people general a more laid-back, effortless looking fits work much better.
