>> No.9974438

By paying a tailor to recut the entire pattern to narrow the arm scye or by buying slim fit shirts.

>paying a tailor to fix every shirt i ever buy

fucking kill me

>> No.9974458

who gives a fuck, why don't you worry about how your shirt fits when your arms are down by your sides, aka 100% of the time

>> No.9974469

>>9974444

Hence the second option.

>> No.9974470

dont think ove ever even had this problem. go kill yourself i love you

>> No.9974478

>>9974435
Yeah dude why did you buy shirts that didn't fit you right
Regular fit dress shirts never look good

>> No.9974483

>>9974478

Because I was not even aware that this problem existed until I encountered this image online, so I've gone and look at every fucking shirt I own and the problem is there with all of them

Classic fit vs. tailored/fitted

Honestly unless you're buying old fat people shit this should NOT be a problem.

>recut the entire pattern to narrow the arm scye

Donate your shirts to charity, dude
Or bulk up and they'll fit better lol

Don't like how it alters the shape of the armhole and down the inner arm at all. I don't recommend advice that I wouldn't follow myself.

I actually sort of like my office clothing to be slightly loose fitting in the same vein as 90's wall-street-core.

>> No.9974551

>>9974521
yeah, but its better than ripping 90% of the stitches and rebuilding the whole garment, i only do this in dress shirts and under shirts

>> No.9974560

>>9974444
Or you could you know, just start lifting to fill out your clothes better

Half-assing alterations isn't better than doing them right.

A fix like that is quite simple.
If you have a machine, I'd expect it take no more than 10 min on each sleeve. By hand it might take a bit longer.

I would follow buddy's advice and watch the tut.

You never noticed until your saw this image, yet you claim people are laughing at you because of it. Are you walking around with your arms spread wide making air plane noises? That would explain a lot.
