Nike flyknit lunar 3s

I've got them and run 2-4miles 5x a week. They work great and I think they look excellent.

Because you need good running shoes, not fashionable ones. Otherwise you're going to be fashionably tending to shin splints and the like.

They are ugly as sin but phenomenal lightweight running shoes. So take that as you will.

Nike is your best bet. I have flyknit free 4.0s, before that I had free 5.0s

everyone spergs about nikes not being good but they are decent running shoes.. just overpriced. i generally am willing to pay extra to add an extra pair of wearable shoes to my rotation

fwiw an independent study on plantar fasciitis found that Nike free (5.0s) fared better than the control group

I run 15-20 miles per week. the free 5.0s I had wore out and gave me minor plantar fasciitis.. I just stretch more now. no shin splints/knee trouble and my foot is sore some days but fine

i'm not into distance running, sometimes I just prefer to run for fun instead of my usual bike-ride, I never run for more than 30 minutes because I'm not a retard
