I'd definitely get rid of the sides and back, which are just whispy and odd. Not so sure about leaving the top - I'd have the stylist leave it, see how it looks, and remove if it's awful when long.

The thing that sticks out most to me is the greasiness and messy back, so I'd focus mostly on cleaning up the back and maybe switching shampoo.

Also, hit up the skincare thread - they could help you a ton in that department as well.

IMO, your face is fairly tall and widens at the top - a HY will make your head look REALLY tall and big (depending on how you style the long portions)

From what I can see, you have a somewhat youthful face, this can kinda go both ways. If you look masculine, a buzz will make you look like a little boy.
If you look feminine, a buzz will make you look like a cute girl w/ a buzzcut (this is sort of where I lie and I like it!)

Am I the only one that thinks full 360 waves look weird as fuck? My hair naturally waves when I get a low cut, so I end up with waves but without the "lumps" when I grow it out, and I prefer it to the styled waves.
