you need to get into scar treatment ASAP. These things can greatly fade scars if you start doing them during the healing process. That's going to leave a deep fucking scar that's in a really shitty place. If you don't want that, go to a dermatologist or consult the internet for what you can do to minimize scarring.

Literally going to look like you got stabbed in the neck for the rest of your life, which is cool if you work as a bouncer but if you want a serious job where you have to look presentable, it's going to affect your appearance.
