What should I do about balding, thinning hair. Went into college with signs of balding potential. Corners just a little lighters but nothing that couldnt be noticable and the top of my head seemed thinner as well but both were still very thick.
Now exiting college the texture on the top of my head is different. The hair is thinner, corners gone, near bald spots on the top.
I believe that this was largely exponentiated due to not eating enough or eating barely any protein in college and playing sports and stress. I once loss 20 lbs in the span of 2 weeks during a large project week last semester.
My point is that I believe that I was starting to bald before entering college, but my habits while in college drastically made it worse. Now that Im out and taking much better care of myself is there any chance of my hair coming back to some reasonable point of balding.
