i was wondering if it could be pulled off nowadays
to stylishy wear the left boots or would i be better off
with the right ones?

It depends entirely on who you are and how you carry yourself. Judging by the fact that you ask something like this on 4chan of all places makes me think you will not be able to "pull off" either pair.

Probs would be easier to answer if you posted pictures of you wearing both pairs, OP.
I've seen people wear both; IMO the knee high jackboots seem better suited to people with shapely legs that taper at the ankles, while the stompers seem suited to those with skinner, more uniform legs.
It also depends on what you plan on wearing with either of the two, because fashion is relative as hell.
All history aside, running around in a pair of stompers butt naked has the same effect as running around in a pair of jackboots wearing an SS uniform (as fashionable as those were.)

In short-- Can you? Yes.
Should you? That's up to you.
