Possible to be /fa/ with little to no budget?

All I have is kids clothes and my dad's cheap clothes after he kicked the bucket.

Yes
Lot of milsurplus can be /fa/ when done right and the most common stuff is cheap as dirt for the quality you get.
Then Uniqlo, H&M and other such stores for basics and you are good.

1. diy
2. thrift
3. second-hand designer

fast-fashion can be ok, though stick to simple things and buy sparingly

I recently bought 5 basic t-shirts for $25, feels good man.
The only problem now is I can't really afford buying zip-hoodies for $30 each, and I don't really wear shirts, so I'll be freezing since I live in Sweden.

Get a tailor.

Shop thrift, spend 10-15 bucks of alterations on pieces that need it, boom. instant sick fits.
