Sort-of this, the act of smoking is fairly sexy & enjoyable to me. I never got addicted to nicotine somehow though and always hated the brief cigarette "high" as well as smelling nasty for the entire rest of the day after just one cig and eventually quit with little effort. Kinda sucks, since I can't show off how good I am *at* smoking. Still smoke weed but one puff & I'm done, plus it's illegal, so can't exactly stand out there burning down a marijuana cigarette for extended time-lengths. Even if I forced myself to keep smoking, the first puff makes me too self-conscious to stand there publicly inhaling smoke.

It's "smelly" regardless of mental illnesses. If I smoke a single cigarette in the morning, then the smell is still on my clothes that evening. Ditto smoking one cigarette in the car, even with the windows open — can smell that shit the next day.
