the 7uk would be fine but lengthwise, the small toes (all 4 except the big toe) have not enough space, they touch the end of the shoe

get the bigger size and use a heel/arch insole so that it doesn't press your toes against the leather. your foot shouldnt slip and slide and you will have enough space in the front
