After returning from the Midburn festiver (the Israeli Burning Man regional), I am looking for a high boot, with velcro closing for fast&easy use, that can withstand some dust.

I know plenty of cool Israeli people, the burning man regional is the real issue.

Burning man and it's derivatives are marginally just pretentious people imagining themselves as subversive, creating tons of waste and doing tons of drugs under false pretenses. I've never experienced such a plethora of fat, white crackheads with philosophy degrees in my life.
