This whole thread is a reminder that most people here are either laughably insecure, under 18, or both. Sure, in a lot of cases, they're just accessories or snap decisions or some look at trend or whatever, but to pretend as though they're inherently pointless and could never serve a personal purpose is ludicrous. Fucking Igor's whole point was about coolness or some bullshit and no tattoo that you could ever get for the sole purpose of "being cool" is going to be cool or last. It's the same way that you differentiate between someone who dresses well because they have a good sense of style and somebody who buys all the same clothes out of desperation to find "their image." In both situations, it's the same clothes, yet the personal component is what makes one person succeed, and the other fail. The real autism here is thinking that there's any definable paradigm for "cool" or "fashionable" or that somehow tattoos are inherently anything other than a personal decision, at the very least.
