can i get this ripped by just lifting? my body is pretty much pic related but w/o being so toned. I do a lot of cardio/cycling

>toned

Lol, you're clueless.
He just has a low body fat percentage, he is not muscular, you don't need to lift to look like this.

I just fucking told you retard.
He's not ripped, he has no definition, it's low body fat.
If you keep doing what you're doing you'll probably get there, with correct diet too of course.

Don't get too upset.

Figure out how many Calories you need for maintenance (there should be some basic calculators online) and add 500 Calories. That should be your target diet, though +500 Calories might be too much or too little depending on your goals.

Then just keep a consistent exercise regimen with your diet and you'll eventually get ripped (providing you're hitting everything right, but that is not as much of a concern until you've plateaued).

For exercise regimen, both starting strength and greyskull LP are good beginner programs.

For food, oatmeal, peanut butter, eggs, and milk are your best friends (besides meat)

because the easiest way to get abs is to be a skeleton

>> No.9900272

>>9900259
Actually, I don't have the abs, I just have a flat belly. I imagine if I did any abs exercises I'd get abs like OP's picture.

with those specs almost definitely. pick up an ab wheel or something.

sorry, lad, I kind of assumed he was flexing his abs at first (which anyone as skinny as me can do), but I guess he is more developed in that area than me

He has low bf% however it does look like he does some sort of ab work.. or at least did at some stage in his life.

He might be a dancer or ballerina, they tend to have strong core muscles.

Even with a low bf% you still need to stimulate the abs in one way or another for them to pop like that.
