One can aesthetically appreciate anything, regardless of applied standards of morality, and heroin chic happens to be appealing to a lot of people; perhaps because of the anti-moral, anti-health, anti-giving a fuck that the aesthetic conveys, or perhaps because heroin use heavily correlates with the pale skin, gaunt cheeks, thin frame and indifference that are fashionable atm

As long as people are fully aware of what the fuck actual heroin actually does to a person, and make their own decisions about their lives, then nobody has any right to say "you aren't allowed to like this".
