Hey guys, going to Italy in a week, gonna plan to get a leather Jacket while I am there.

So my question to /fa/:

Do you guys recommend a Black vs. Brown colored Jacket? Which one is better overall In your opinions, and why?

Cheers!

Also general leather Jacket thread

Just get a black double rider

It depends on your outfit. I think black leather jackets tend to be more versatile given most peoples' style, and given how they look, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with brown.

If I were you, I'd probably stick to something black, extremely well fitted, and hyper-modern.

Black double rider? Got any pictures?

Also, does anyone have any experience/knowledge about leather Jackets in Italy? Is there a wide selection? I want one like I posted in OP, or one like deadmau5 has in this Video

Such a sick jacket IMO

>>9873950
Interesting I always heard brown was more versatile, and also, Do you have any pics to show your recommendation? Thanks again!

Looking for a black double rider with just two pockets and no ridiculous frills; pic related. Anyone know where I can buy an entry level ($500 or so) jacket like that?

>> No.9875299

Just a friendly neighborhood cuck dropping by to say there are three types of leather jackets everything else is a variation

Double rider
Bomber
Cafe Racer

Google accordingly

If you're new to leather jackets, I'd recommend a classic moto. Long length leather jackets like your pic look like shit on most people

also with bikers, make sure you try one on with a hoodie or something under to make sure the sizing is right for that, you want it to be fitted but not too much that you can't layer under if you need/want to

well there's always temple of jawnz (toj) it's best to avoid the drama and just find a used one online, there's a lot going on with the brand. I have a quilted double rider and it's gorgeous, fits me like a glove (doesn't have those elongated sleeves) and the calf is smooth and chunky. Would recommend, it's no rick but is a step up from most. (not my pic)

There's a dirt cheap rick bomber on grailed right now (not mine I wish) which isn't QUITE like the apc bomber but same aesthetic and nicer leather.

My friend gave me a black leather jacket, but it fits poorly.
is there anything I can do?
the sleeves are the worst part; they hang poorly...like the jacket is for a larger woman, but I'm a small.
