I used to like American Spirits for their A E S T H E T I C package but I hated their reputation and flavor, so I'm looking for something new. What do you prefer? I'm looking for something with great smell and flavor and a nice design for pack is always a plus.

After smoking 20 packs of cigs in one day Im pretty sure id never want to smoke again in my life.

For real though I dont understand how anyone gets addicted to cigs. I smoke one, get a nice head rush, and dont feel the urge to smoke again for 2 or 3 days. Gradually increasing the number of cigarettes is what turns you into a chain smoker. Say you already smoked your daily cigarette dose and then you're waiting for a bus and you're bored or you see some friends smoking and you light up another one, even though you don't really need it.... stuff like this slowly increases your urge to smoke over time.

I went from 1 cigarette on my way home from college to almost hourly cigarette breaks in a few years. Can't tell if I ever smoked a pack a day because I rolled my own, but I think I was pretty close to it. And the head buzz never left. Still had it in the morning with my first cigarette.

I smoked every day for a year, I'm extremely outgoing and amazing at talking to people, and it made me an annoying little piece of shit for that year. It may not kill your brain, but it kills your personality.
Also common misconception; alcohol doesn't kill brain cells in fact, it can destroy brain synapses, but those can easily completely rebuilt if you take enough B vitamins and don't binge drink every single night.

Lung cancer among smokers is far over reported. Large cell lunge cancer (cancer of the internals of the lungs ) happen among males and smokers, but lung cancer because of smoking alone is quite rare. You're far more likely to develop large cell lung cancer by owning a penis. There is little relationship between smoking and small cell lung cancer. Well, I was aware of the smell and it was my top annoyance along with the yellow teeth. The bad breath after a cigarette goes away if you keep yourself hydrated and chew a gum, but the skin & clothes reek. I also did my best to minimize the smell:
- always smoked outside
- shampooed my hair every day (when I'm smoke-free, I use shampoo less-frequently)
- changed clothes more often
- at the office, I washed my face & hands regularly
- during the colder seasons, I always wore a beanie during smoking so my hair would get a full load of smoke
- never smoked before meeting non-smokers or strangers

Not sure how much it helped, but at least I tried.
