Guys I have recently been trying to deal with my hair loss. Been styling it in different ways to get optimum aesthetics

Hey dude here's some actual advice:

1) Start taking biotin daily, at least ~3000 mcg, you'll notice the hair you have growing in thicker and possibly new follicles (don't bank on the latter)
2) If you're thinning at the top, pick up minoxidil and use it everywhere on your scalp. Generic works fine but I rec lipogaine bc it has ketoconozale and saw palmetto which according to some people inhibit DHT
3) live a healthier lifestyle, jog, drink water, stress less (easier said that done) etc
4) get a good hair loss shampoo (regenepure, lipogaine big 3, anything but fucking nioxin)

You should notice some healthier hair within 6 months, and you should be able to save whats on your head.

an optional step 5 is fin, but I wouldn't rec that unless you never plan on having kids or sex.

All the shit I listed will help OP until he's late 20's or 30, which is when a lot more guys will be thinning and maybe he won't care as much, or can afford a hair transplant. Fin might have extremely low percentage of side effects, but there's still a chance. Wouldn't rec except to an older guy who already has kids or something and is losing his hair later in life.

well 90% of men in the 10 year study either at least kept all their hair or GAINED some. after the years. fifteen year studies are yet to be released but no reason why the trend wont continue. and thats finasteride monotherapy btw, add minoxidil and its probs impossible to lose hair ever, or like extremely unlikely. side effect rate is like 1%.

honestly going bald isnt something men have to worry about anymore
