/fa/ should definitely lift because their god Rick Owens lifts and endorses. Also, the most handsome male models are lean with a little bit of muscle, no one wants to look like a flat chested trans woman.

>> No.9796364

I'm not rich by any means, and being fit makes being well-dressed really annoying.
I can't ever find pants that fit well in the waist while fitting well around my legs, so I always have to buy a size up and have them tailored.

stretchy pants 4ever. expensive but worth it.

buy from

Outlier
Mission Workshop
Outerboro
ProofNY
Levi's Commuter Line maybe

I have 2 pairs from Outerboro and 1 pair of Outliers and I can squat to my heart's content while still wearing pants that fit to work and play. Never going back to regular denim ever again.

I just bought some Dickies for fucking about in, on hella clearance so I'm not upset about the cost to have them tailored. I'll look into the places you mentioned, it'd be nice to not have pants that look oddly proportioned in back.

wow he has not aged well. this is why id never get a bunch of ridiculous punk tats or piercings. because when you get into your 50's or 60's, you have to deal with looking sad and pathetic like henry.

I don't work out to look good.
I work out so my body is useful.
Looking good is a side benefit.

on the subject of stretchy pants, I have to say im suprised that companies like outlier can charge like $200 for pants made out of spandex/polyester blend. super cheap fabric/material. I know they justfiy it by usong terms like 4 way stretch technology etc and all this special high tech fabric talk, but i think its bullshit. its just spandex and polyester. stretchiness is nice, but its not right that they prop this clothing up like its high end stuff

While I'm not a fan of their pricing either it's kind of justified:

- made in NYC shit (labor ain't cheap)
- patented fabrics like Schoeller are pricey to buy in bulk similar to Gore-Tex
- not a lot of other designers offer dressy/smart casual pants in these kinds of fabrics, mainly cause they're a bitch to work on - they don't drape nicely like cotton or wool
- they sell their inventory really quickly anyway, why lower their price if demand is always high?

If more brands start to offer the same thing then consumers win

Same here.

I have excessive v-taper, thin waist, wide shoulders, long arms, long legs, etc...

Finding jeans and jackets is a nightmare, that's why I only order MTM clothes now:
- Custom made shirts with my perfect measurements
- Custom tailored suits
- Custom tailored jackets
- Custom sweaters (thank you grandma)

These look great on a fit bod as they are made to fit my exact proportions.

Everything I buy off the rack look shit and needs tapering.

I had to go through 3 grand stores to find one pair of jeans that fit me.

patience, the extremely skinny fit is a vogue that will die sooner than later, its been 10 yrs since Slimane popularized the APC 19 cms rebranded Dior Homme. I try buying older models basic bitch diesel, can be real cheap, and just have legs tapered.
