God dammit /fa/ I have this poker-straight, Asian-fine hair

and I'm damn sick of it

Is there any way to make my hair (semi)permanently wavy?

I don't think I can do no-poo because my skin is REALLY oily and REALLY easily irritated.

I feel like no poo is gonna make me break out like a motherfucker. I shampoo 1/day and wash my face 2/day and I'm still breaking out like no one's business. But I don't want to turn this into a skincare thread or anything.

It's kind of hard to see in that pic but my hair is SUPER straight. I don't know if no poo is gonna give it the waves I'm looking for.

I'm getting some laser treatment this summer + starting an antibiotic. Hopefully it will go away. I've had the skin of a 13-year-old boy since I was 11. Thanks, genetics. Speaking of, there is no way I'll ever be able to grow a beard (Dad was a central American mongrel), so good to know it's not the right look for me.
