Anyone have experience with Alpha Industries jackets?
quality, size etc
Are they made in the US

>> No.9761488

This looks ok like a casual look you would see someone randomly wear at the streets.

In this picture, however, it seems they are trying to "sell his style", and by that point of view, even the white shirt looks wrong.

Alpha MA-1 TT Jacket made in Germany

>> No.9761758

>>9761739
hows the quality? did it exceed your expectations in any way

>> No.9761827

They're all made in China.
Regular version is puffy as fuck unless you get smaller down but then its too tight to wear.
Slim version is shittier quality and looks cheap.
That being said it's hard to pull off this jacket because in order to size properly you'll end up looking too big.
Somehow girls can easily style these because they can get away with puffier jacket.
That's all I can say about Alpha Industries.

I don't know a lot about bombers, haven't had for more than 3 weeks, but I've liked it so far. Also what >>9761827 is saying is kinda true, looks really nice on waist arms but makes my chest as wide as a cupboard, I mostly wear mine with the zipper opened so it hasn't been a problem

Then buy the euro version because they're all from Germany.

I hardly think they are actually made in germany but I know that most of german sites carry them (I'm from EU)

Unfortunately I'm still looking for that "perfect" affordable bomber. We've had so many bomber threads here and I can't believe we still haven't found THE bomber

Do you own a bomber from Alpha?

What's the actual model of that bomber?
After your last post I went and googled a bit, couldn't find any info on Made in Germany models...
Yes, I used to own regular fit MA-1

Makes sense, that's the same patch on the inside as the VF59 and those two are mostly available only in Europe.

The thing that I don't like on the TT model is that nylon is not the same as regular MA-1, idk how to explain it but you can tell just by looking at the pics online.
And ribbed cotton neckline and cuffs also kind of ruin it for me.
Looks great nonetheless but not really my style when it comes to those details.

i have one, very high quality and nice, its pretty short and puffy, looks bad if you zip it up. i found out that if you put a beanie or hat with it it looks fantastic

That his looks is tedious. The styling lazy. Not fashion at all. "Catalog".

It's like those many ordinary dressers that share their "look of the day" online.

are the sleeves longer on the TT?
