Guys how do I get my hair cut like this? I always ask hair dressers to layer my hair but it always comes out just one length. Like my hair comes the top of my head straight down to the rest of my hair there's no varying lengths in it at all. What do I have to ask a hair dresser for to get this type of haircut?

Here's what my shit looks like. WHAT THE FUCK. I ask for layers and I get nothing. I get one single fucking length everywhere. literally every barber i've gone to my entire life has been like this.
