OP I am obsessed with keeping my sportwear brand sneakers looking brand new and clean as fuck and felt is just something I give up on. if I do have to clean I mix non coloured dish soap with water and use the suds only, brush with a tooth brush the direction of the grain, though this an alter the feeling and look of the texture. You could go see a dry cleaner ike someone said earlier.

maybe if you look around you can find the ones with the cracked leather allover, those would look fantastic beat up. You will be able to wipe off excess dirty while still keeping the dirty look by having the cracks filled with dirt.
