yes he is, i've met him on numerous occasions both with a lot of makeup, a little makeup and zero makeup. noone puts out a model on the runway without at least a little powder and/or foundation which is what he's wearing here. Possibly some rouge, too.

doesn't really matter though, OP should probably call this a "post your fav model (zero makeup preferred)"

"no-make up"-make up is actually very easy to do. buy a powder that matches your skintone (mac studio fix is very good), a buffer brush (should be wide, short and dense. "best" would probably be any expensive Dior, etc, but as long as it's goat hair you'll be fine) and apply it by pressing the powder into your face and then brushing off the excess.
