Most aesthetic height by art and model standards is 5,11 - 6,2 for women it's about 5,7-5,9

You can be taller, but you need to put on muscle or you'll look like slendermen or something. Guys shorter than average have it a little harder though, just try to work out, red the /fit/ sticky, but don't drink a gallon of milk a day, that's dumb.
