>tfw having to go pants shopping.

Is there anything more annoying than looking for pants?

i am right there with ya anon.
i lift a lot so my thighs got big as fuck and finding any kind of pants that fit my thighs AND waist is impossible unless theyre called levi's 508 and those are being discontinued

I just finished a shopping spree I was able to find a shit load of shirts and ties to wear but only 2 pants.
It doesn't help that I'm 30/32 though.

What can you squat? I hurt my leg a few weeks ago so I've stopped working out my legs just for this month until that leg heals up a bit but before that I was able to do around 70lbs plus bar.

>> No.9695287

I know how you feel, you never really find something interesting or cool it's only a process of finding what fits right. It's really mechanical.

>choices are either dark, faded, normal colour, or some retarded colour.
>Looking for kakees
>Only tan colour looks good.

>everything else is a weird colour.

At least you can wear jeans forever before you have to wash them.

Its literally the only thing I hate shopping for. Like I know I'm either going for black jeans, stonewash, or something in particular I need for like work or something. Thank goodness I can usually just grab my size and go. First time buying from a brand is the worst cuz you have to try on, remove, try on, remove, etc until you get the perfect fit. And I always feel rushed when pants shopping.

While we're here, what pants have a similar fit to 511 commuters, but have more room in the thigh area? I bought my pair about a year ago and they fit perfect, but I've been doing my squats and I feel like I'm wearing leggings now.

The entire idea of fashion and trying to look good in public is founded on self-consiousness.

Is this the /fa/ version of /fit/s "I don't life for grills?"

You have a point but I don't think it's wholly true.

Really self-conscious people would settle with pleb casual or half-hearted menswear to blend in and then be done with it. Although when you do see tryhard hypebeasts walking around they usually look very self-conscious (looking at reflections as they walk past, routinely looking down at their sneakers)

Bought some 508's yesterday, didn't realise they were scrapping them, the bloke in the shop suggested 511's but they were so tight on the thighs and I've already had two pairs blowout. 508s feel better, still abit loose on the waist though.

>> No.9696557

Guys is it austic to wear a tie and dress shirt in a semi formal way when just going out for a coffee?

I find that I really like wearing ties and I also find grills tend to smile at me more.

any other recs for more loose fitting jeans? I can wear 511s if theyre stretchy, but otherwise theyre too tight. 511 and 508 are really the only good Levis fits, and everything else is too skinny or too expensive. I've heard Uniqlo stretch jeans might work though.
