here's some good examples

If you want to look like the char in your pic you would need to be slim but fit, have great hair, a perfect face, and most of all be ready for all the insults, muggings and beatings you are going to take in the streets.
If you want to look like the adult JoJos you'd need the same, except being 190cm minimum and being roided as hell(you can't get to DIO's level natty). You'd probably have no problem with public humilliation this way because you'd be a huge animal, but nobody wouldn't take you seriously anyway.
