OP here. I honestly just wanted to know the jacket or the sweater under, not to wear them both because I don't live in the fucking tundra.

Techwear is hilarious, all you see is a bunch of little kids wanting to look like an anime character and saying they're going to "cop" this and that. Some things on there look great though, like some of the joggers, but when I see them, they're enough to pay my rent. It's a stupid trend for teens in 8-11th grade.
