Probably economics or history, which NYU is great at but right now they didn't give me much money, like 20k a year. I can probably negotiate for more but I'm not sure I'll get it. However, I'm planning to go to law school and honestly it might be more beneficial for me to go to tulane (I'm in the honors program) or nyu where I know I can maintain a good gpa, because apparently law schools care a lot more about gpa and LSATs than anything else.

Where I live they're sort of associated with soccer players and Hispanics, but I'm Hispanic so I don't care about the second part.

seriously, look at the program and the classes you'll have to be taking (like super detailed) and decide if that is something you like. i used to go to carnegie mellon but had to leave after the 1st year because poorfag and now i go to a local school which is obviously much easier. i know i'll get a good GPA but i was counting my credits yesterday and i found out when i finish the school and major requirements i'll barely have any room to take interesting/cool/relevant electives (like max 2) without going over the credit limit. this sucks balls because i'll pretty much be taking just the minimum shit to graduate and what's worse is that the school designed the program to be like that, for "everyone to graduate as fast as possible". i'll also be graduating like a year and a half earlier which gives me like no time to prepare for grad school

at carnegie mellon its 4 years for everyone (you can graduate early if you want to) and you can take as many credits as you want, allowing you to take all the shit you like, its so based. i would have learned so much more.

so yeah, look at the programs and see what yoou like about them

Something most people don't seem to realize:
It's a rain jacket
It's essentially a rubber shell, it keeps rain perfectly, but it does not breathe at all, it's going to feel like a steambath underneath fast. And because of that you would not get any use out of it outside of absolute downpour unless you want to show off your jacket and look like a tool because it's a rain jacket and feel very uncomfortable underneath.
That being said, it's a cool rain jacket and if you feel like spending that much for one, get one for sure.

The thing is, if you get rain jacket like that, it doesn't matter what you get they won't breathe, it's not that you will sweat like crazy, but any moisture inside won't be able to escape, which will mean if you sweat it will get kinda uncomfortable and you start to sweat more because of the moisture. If you want a jacket that keeps rain and breathes, look in to tech materials and jackets like gore-tex, hyvent etc, they were developed to keep rain and wind while still breathing.
Imo 150 bucks for a rain jacket is tad steep considering I bought a rain jacket that from performance viewpoint does the exact same as the 150 buck jacket with 15 bucks and looks okay.
With rains you are really paying only for the model and design, but again, I think the designs are great so if you get a lot of use out of one, rains would be nice I think.
