Hair needs a little work. Majority of people would say you look funky but that's cause the camera, lighting, and pose; I see past that. When those things are fixed, I'd say you'd be above average looks. Also, you need to fix them blemishes on your forehead somehow. Not a big deal but it does add to the already bad picture.

Definetly something longer, short hair looks just bad on your face. You do have cheekbones models often do so look for said male models and decide on a style, there's plenty of that on the net.

protip for volume: brush/comb hair the opposite way you normally style it after washing, and let it dry that way. Then brush/comb/style normally.

Having your hair dry in the opposite direction as it's used to, and then flipping it back over to the normal direction will cause the hairs to stand up a little more, giving you dat volume
