Hairs kind of obscured by the headphones but I shaved. Been losing weight hovering between 160-162, trying to get my shit together in general, using the treadmill, eating smaller portions and revaluating how I should compose my outfits and create a wardrobe with some synergy.

Id say after growing it out a bit more, putting some more weight on the top go simple short to shaved back and sides with little to no fade.
Pomp top with good strong hold matte styling creme, your strong jaw line will go well with messy curls.
Glasses with more square lenses will also accentuate your face.
Simple and effective all the way.

No poo is a must for curly hair. Let it grow out a bit, and trim down the sides. I wouldn't go full on shaved like the other anon says but just a nice taper with scissors. Then just tossle the curls on top with a little pomade, or texturizer or whatever. You look like a good looking Fred Armisen.

I don't know to be honest. Short hair if you want to just own your facial features or longer, swept back hair if you want to accentuate the facial features or at least get as close as possible to meshing them well. Longer would probably be better, but wearing it downward and side-swept is just a major no-no.

My hair's very problematic and I just learned that no product will help it.

I just make sure I blow-dry it with the right technique and that's it. (Though I use my hands and not a brush.)

The pics were taken about a day afterward when the hair's natural oils came back.

My asian hair on the sides grow outwards then down from the weight so it makes my hair look bigger than it already is. I'm thinking of buzzing or getting it short on the sides and back and keeping the front the way it is for an undercut look.
