now, in reality, retards will be born, and in this case i think the state does have a responsibility to take care of them to ensure the patient lives with integrity, its only due to the states ineptitude and cowardice that the child exists in the first place after all.

i am not a libertarian in most respects, socialism works in a lot of ways but only in a monoethnic nationalist society. when the system is broken and multiculturalism reigns, socialism creates parasites and bleeds the middle class while giving them nothing in return.
