I think your hair is fine the way it is, you can't go wrong with shoulder length hair so think more along the lines of an emma stone or alexa chung should fit your face just fine. for that lived in, wavy look, try some of that bumble & bumble surf spray

I know fuck all about hair care. I've been looking over tuxbell and young stain and i see a couple haircuts I like. This is what I'm dealing with right now, I'll be going to a barber soon because I realize what a slob I look like.

My hairs pretty difficult to deal with, lots of cowlicks in my bangs, and my hairs really thick and gets frizzy. Any advice is appreciated

My hair was exactly like yours before I cut it, the problem with medium length hair is it gets fucked up so easily.

It'll look good in pictures and when you get up in the morning, in a few hours though it ends up looking odd.
