listen kiddo, your facial hair will improve all your life, but don't hope too hard, if you have a shitty beard a la johnny depp now, chances are you won't have a great full beard at 50.
But look at famous people for example, toshiro mifune had a pretty shit beard in seven samurai and he was 34, but near the end of his life, he had a great full beard, pic related, rare for an asian.

I think you can be fixed about how your beard will end up looking between 30 and 40 y/o.

I'm 25 and I see new hair popping out everyday, just be patient.
