I'm thinking of going no poo but two issues.

I have really bad dandruff and have to use a Keto lotion twice a week. My dermetologist also reccomended using an anti dandruff shampoo but said it was optional. Will using such kind of lotion destroy the benifits of no pooing?

Also, I was having a har thinning issue, on Minoxidil atm, again doctor said to use it for a few months and if it's not working he'l consider finnastride. I can't say for certain how well it's working but my hair does seem thicker now. Will no poo cause my hair to thin out?

Is any other alternate products like oils necessary while no pooing? What about conditioners and hair gels?

I freaked the fuck out when I started losing my hair. I was in agony for years. Cutting it all short and shit. I use rogaine once every 2-3 days and just grew it back to where I like it. I bring it up and people always say the couldn't tell until I said anything. Don't sweat it.
