Go to a salon or there are at home kits. I recommend Schwartzkopf Nordic but you'll need to do a leave in treatment between bleaches to maintain hair health. Or you can go to a supply store and get bleach powder and peroxide, 8% would work well.
But always treat hair, coconut oil or argan oil are really good hair masks.

I would recommend just using a specialised brown shampoo. I am Australian so I don't know what brands you have but it will be a coloured brown shampoo. Will help with your colour problems, by just enhancing your already natural tones. Is the best cheap option and saves your hair health.
