OP I struggled with finding size 15 or 16 US shoes my whole life until I discovered this:

Big & tall stores mostly sell clothes for fat boys, but they also stock shoes size 13 - 18+. It takes the online shopping mistery out of it, and they also have socks that actually fit.

Not terribly helpful if you live outside Amerifat, or if you live in a rural place. If you can get to a DXL retail store, its awesome.

6'1", I think I'm about a 12-14 depending on brand. I know I wear UK12 so I usually try to use that for cross referencing.

Why did I ever buy Sambas. They're nice for driving but otherwise they kinda make your feet look ridiculously long and skinny.

Workout, bro. I just started a Couch to 5k program on Sunday, and finished Day 3's run a few hours ago.

Though add in a 5 minute warmup walk and 5 minute cooldown walk to this pic, and I like to do 15 minutes of full body stretching before (wouldn't hurt to do it after to help cool down). Even better, I use the C25k Free app on Google Play, which helps automate the pacing.

Additionally, cardio during rest days is probably good, but I've not yet tried it.

Also https://www.eatthismuch.com/ Has been super awesome for meal ideas. Just put in your weight, desired calorie intake (which it can do for you, if you want), activity level, etc.
