i fucking hate swamp ass it fuckin sucks makes me all self conscious. I dont know why its happening to me, it didnt start until randomly last year out of no where. sometimes it happens when its not even hot. i wonder if its anxiety.

anyways for a while got a pair of thicker underwear that didnt stop me from sweating, but it wouldnt show through my pants. i ony had a few pairs of those so when i wasnt wearing those I would double up my other pairs of under wear and that also helped stop the sweat from getting to a visible layer but it was kind of uncomfortable and felt kind of stupid. now i have a few pairs of calvin klein sports underwear that are pretty comfortable and i think they prevent the sweat from becoming visible even though they are pretty thin.
