I am really fucking hairy, and this causes me to get a fucking pilonidal cyst. The cyst comes and goes. But it's currently back right now so there's a gigantic inflammation on my ass that hurts and I don't want to pop it. Sometimes I wake up and there's blood all over my boxers because I tossed and turned and put pressure on my butt which caused it to pop.

pic related, my cyst is way bigger than in the pic right now. I put some benzoyl peroxide and a bandaid on it.

Should I shave and bleach my asshole before I see a doctor?
