I am looking for a parka to buy. I would prefer a fishtail parka, and for the price to be around $150. I also want it to be warm for colder winter days. These are parkas that I have found that I l like the aesthetic of, but they may not meet my requirements.

It was so cheap because it needed rewaxed, but getting it rewaxed unofficially is cheap. Sadly neither of these fit me very well. Hey guys I was cucked out of a shoe. These are Nike Janoski Maxes. As you can see the epoxy (or glue or whatever) is silvery white and unfortunately visible. No these shoes are not fakes, I picked them up in person at full price. Somehow didn't notice the imperfections while at the store.

ykk makes good zips, as far as i'm aware ro is using mij zippers, it's not exactly the chinese plastic shit you'd find on a pencil case. julius also switched to ykk a number of years ago. i'm more concerned about the new zipper pulls honestly.

but yeah, what should the product code actually look like? i've owned other pieces and the code is typically RU or DU for mainline and drkshdw respectively and a series of four numbers that represent the style of product generally followed by two letters that represent the dye/treatment. but as i understand it newer leathers are different.

do u mean like the difference between a cotton and leather version of the same jacket model? then the letter code at the end will change from L (leather) to whatever it is like cotton/nylon etc

the model number stays the same so if u have a nylon intarsia vs a calf intarsia its just the treatment/primary material composition prefix that changes

the dye code will be noted under the size the eg 09 = black, 98 for black wash and so on


idk the rest because i cut all my tags off for most pieces because theyre annoying little shits


Q means a quilted lining there is one for shearling inners etc too which will be on the end of the prefix eg LNBQ (blistered lamb over neo, quilted) but other than that to know how thick the lining u really have to ask the seller/stockist


normally its just rayon/cotton across the board
usually no matter the season u should be able to wear a newer version jackets that are light-midweight year round, only one heavy weight leather is put out each season
