Is your budget super low? You should try mid-range brands that do production in places like Spain and Portugal. Not cheap, but not as expensive as Italy, and you'll stretch your dollar further.

I have a pair of the Thin Stay Cash and they're awesome. Washed them about 6 times and they haven't faded at all. The Thin is the perfect fit for me. I wear them with my Chelsea boots and Docs all of the time. Perfect skinny fit. Very close fit to the SLP D02 15.5cm denim.
