i shower daily and just run water on my hair.
ocasionally (rarely actually) I wash it with diluted vinegar and then with a diluted solution of sodium bicarbonate. If i find it dry (rarely too) I use some oil, usually coconaut oil

I'm doing "nopoo with poo", I'm always hearing my hair will start falling if I never wash it with shampoo, you might get bald etc etc etc, so I wash it with shampoo every 5 or 7 days... when I wash it it feels like shit for the next 2 or 3 days, always. After the 4th or 5th day without washing it's great.
The longer I go without washing my hair the more oily it gets, I don't think I'd had a problem with dry hair if I went full nopoo
I don't run water on my hair daily like you do, just running water on it doesn't feel like it gets any cleaner so I don't bother
I need to man up and quit shampooing altogether... fuck, if I don't wash it for just 10 days (running water ocasionally) it feels and looks perfect
