Neither of those individuals are particularly sexy.

In fact, the second is more along the lines of sad and creepy.

Sex appeal has so little to do with clothes, it's laughable
Qualities that determine sex appeal to the average woman, in order of importance:

1: A symmetrical, well proportioned face
2: A body that is at least somewhat fit, or at least not fat
3: Having confidence/carrying yourself well
4: Showing some kind of personality
5: Your clothes. If you have all the above traits, being able to dress yourself is just icing on the cake to most women.

I'm a women and I find the guy in the first pic sexy.

Now, would I sleep with him? Probably not, unless he had confidence/personality in addition to looks.
But I would definitely give him a once over if I walked past him in the street. I'd most likely pick him over an unattractive person, if they had similar personalities.

Get rid of the photoshop, the piercing and the wannabe vamp stuff and I'd consider him attractive too. I love long hair and dark clothing on guys, but I prefer subtle gothic to full on gothic.

>my two cents
