I am a skinny 5'1" girl. What would look good with this skirt on me? I got it a few months back and haven't been able to wear it cause I don't know what to put it on with. Also, shoes? I'm guessing heels will look better with it but I don't own many. I have some black platforms and the rest are short boot-like heels.

To me pencil skirts are way more refined and formal. I don't see it working in something grungy. Pencil skirts belong in the office with a button up and jacket.
