Went today to try on for the first time the CDBs, they were unconfortable above the ankle, was there something I did wrong when I tied them? I tied them with a simple lace. like pic related. or is it just because they were new?

I remember I had the same thing with my Clarks DBs. Except they were uncomfortable every single fucking time I wore them. And I wore them a lot. Two years after wearing them everyday they're still uncomfortable as fuck. My feet callused over on all of my usual sores that those boots gave me, but my feet would still be red.

Turns out I got them a size too big. I'm going for the boots in pic related now. Thankfully they have a wider selection of sizes, so I'm not crying every single time I wear them.
