This is a bit general, so there is room for variation when you do this.

Get some sulfate free conditioner. Only use that. Besides that, wash your hair once every 3 days or so with cleansing conditioner(google it). When you wash it, scrub your scalp hard with your fingertips. Once a week, wash it with a *small* bit of gentle shampoo that is also sulfate free and clean. For some people, this step can be skipped and washing with cleansing shampoo can be all that you do. I have very thick hair and use a lot of product, so I have to wash it once a week to keep it soft.

Your hair will be greasy and gross for a week or two, but that's just because your scalp used to being cleaned constantly. Don't give in and start washing it with shampoo daily again, or else it will continue to be dry. It'll normalize after a while and be silky and shit.

In all honesty though, I'm not sure what hairstyle is good for you, might recommend a shorter top combover, a bit like OP's pic. Maybe a small fringe. Good hair quality though, mine is thick and full but very inflexible. A buzz cut might work for you. Thanks for compliments.

OK, first of all lose the side burns. They're gross. Second, go for something more asymmetrical; styled more to one side than the other. What you have reminds me of a fauxhawk, which sucks. No, but seriously, I have similar texture to that and I use Han de Fuko's scheme cream on damp hair with a little additional where needed when dry. Take it easy with that shit though because a little goes a long way, especially on damp hair.
