It's my first time cross dressing, or at least wearing exclusively womens clothing.
The dress is a US 6 and too big for me for the most part, so it falls horribly on me, but the other problem is that my body just makes it look bad.
How do you make clothing more flattering when your body is awful?

Hey /fa/, can I get some advice? I just copped these Allen Edmonds for 80 bucks from ebay, but they seem a little more wrinkled than I expected. I know leather wrinkles, but I'm wondering if this seems overboard and like they weren't taken care of. I know nothing about dress shoes, but do these seem like good condition and a good cop? Or should I return them and keep lurking for nicer park avenues/grab a captoe oxford for cheaper somewhere else. (Either or)

My biggest concern is that large amount of wrinkling on the captoe. Have a shoe tree in right now. Here are more pics from the auction in case my pics are shit. The converse you posted in that one are better, but if you want something that looks preppy, try Jack Purcells. In my opinion, they are versatile enough to go with anything from streetwear to preps, white in particular.

I think that the shoes you chose are very versatile if you choose to keep them. The cap on the toe is just off-putting. If you bought some lace ups or chelseas or something sans captoe I think it would look better.

At the end of the day they're 80$, though, you can always get a new pair and at least you'll have a back up. A lot of people cant tell quality of leather, especially after it's been waxed. Higher class people usually can eyeball a leather shoe and tell what it's worth by the construction and welting and stuff, so you may want to wait and save up if it's not essential you have them right now .

Never commented in /fa/ before but apparently this is where I would ask this question? (Let me know if i'm wrong).

Looking to get my gf some lingerie and have had a difficult time finding anything similar to this style of bra. The whole over the cup cutout thing. Any ideas for style name or brands? Pic is as related as I could get...

Hey /fa/ggots

This is my first time here, and according to the sticky this should be posted here, I don't feel it warrants a whole new thread.

I was going to wait until this thread died and a new one was made, since it's up to 285 posts, but it seems this board moves slower than I'd thought.

Anyway, on to my question.
My grandpa passed away a couple of years ago, and today my grandma finally got around to cleaning out his closet.
He had a bunch of suits and dress shirts (although I hardly remember him wearing any), and since she was just going to give them away, she gave them to me.
Now, I usually don't wear suits or "dress up", but I feel bad that they've just been hanging in a closet for years, and think I might could pull them off. The only places I really wear suits to is funerals.
He was about the same size as me, with the a couple pairs of the pants being an inch or two too long (which will be ok, I can get them hemmed easily).

Anyway, how to wear suits without looking fedora-core or like an autist??

w2c raw denim that fits like 511 commuters but tapers like 1-2 more inches at the hem?

literally the only pants i wear are 511s now because they're the best fitting jeans i've found

>510s
thighs wont fit
>508s
too big in the thighs
>522
dont actually taper any harder than 511 from experience

looking to spend ~$150 or less

Aside from Uniqlo or Levi's, what are some dependable jeans brands I should look out for that won't break the bank?

>> No.9284279

>>9284266
unbranded

a pair of $30 levis can last you for 3 years.

buy 1-2 pairs that look good and while you're wearing those to death save your money and then buy 1-2 pairs of better denim (apc, acne, n&f, unbranded, april77, nudie, etc) you'll look better and have good jeans
