I'm not saying OP should lie about it, but you really shouldn't be talking about it (except with your family of course) at all unless people explicitly ask. I made the mistake of telling the truth to some of my classmates why I've been absent for a few days and they then called me vain, shallow, fake, plastic (I barely wear any makeup fuck sake), asked me where I got the money for it (been saving up), why I did it, why can't I be happy with myself, why am I so insecure etc.
The thing is I did it because my nose didn't even look natural before, it was a broken Owen Wilson-tier abomination and I couldn't breathe right nor sing, not because of any aesthetic reasons. But plastic surgery is still taboo to a lot of people because a lot of them equate every procedure with a titjob or asslift.

My nose didnt look like this till about grade 10. I had a similar looking nose to my new one before. Im not sure what happened but people would comment on it and ask me if i broke it and i didnt and it just kept eating away at me. at the same time I was having problems sleeping at night because I couldnt breath through the right side. doctor refered me to an ENT, and the ENT took a look and said my septum was deviated and also had some random cartilage growing in nostril. but that ENT couldnt do the rhino and septo together so it took me awhile to find one that would.

Dear OP, congratulations onyour surgery. I'm planning on undergoing a couple of surgeries myself, face sculpting, rhynoplasty and eyebrow lifting.
