I can't understand it /fa/, whatever size I buy the shirt's lenght is always too long. I don't really know what to do anymore - I'm only 174 cm tall and don't know any brand with a good sizing.

Are you buying dress shirts or sport shirts? Also, are you shorter than a standard male in your market? If so, you might have to consider specialty brands or just having items tailored.

Sport shirts. I don't know, can't really say that I'm that short, but I have lordosis. Perhaps it's the reason?
>just having items tailored
But I'm afraid letting my tailor alter a nice shirt that I payed 100€ for (I haven't payed for any yet though - always returned due to sizing).

>> No.9200788

I also must say that it isn't only by shirts. Same goes for tshirts too - shoulders are alright but lenght is too long so I can't really size down...

It doesn't matter what some infograph on the internet says if you think your shirts look fine. As long as you think it looks good then fuck it. Don't obsess so much over these details.

However, if you decide you want your shirts shorter, then just have them shortened by a seamstress or tailor. It's nothing to worry about, it's like the simplest alteration ever next to hemming pants. If you're still paranoid, then go buy a shirt from Target or something and test the waters with that.

I prefer the tailoring of the first shirt in that it is straight instead of the curve of the second which just looks wrong untucked. The length on the first should be taken up 2 inches.

I have a long fucking torso. I'm lucking if mine cover my belt when I raise my arms

So we are basically in the same boat. But I can at least tailor my stuff...

What do you mean? Should it be right in the middle or a bit below or above?

Hey OP I'm 5'5 (165) and I only buy shirts made to order from sites like Luxire. 99% off the rack shirt are too long or too snug in the shoulder for me. Youth size doesn't help either because the shoulders are nonexistent although the length is usually alright.

I highly recommend it and the quality is comparable to designer stuffs. You can pick fabric and everything. The only downside is that you must wait 2 weeks.

why would you tuck your shirt in with no belt
that looks autistic as fuck

>> No.9201278

dude just take your shirts to a tailor
i pay 4 bucks per shirt

This, having a shirt tucked without a belt looks weird and unfinished.

Thank for advice pal. What's the best way to measure myself?

And it would still be too expensive.

Prices actually seem to be pretty cheap. Sure that quality is alright? I'm also afraid that in the end I gave 'em wrong measurements.
Also, which collar do you normally order?

The point of the fucking shirt is to test a tailor's ability you god damn faggot

>> No.9202603

Can you actually also hem tshirts?
