The color's deeper in real life without flash. Most of the blood styles from Moody read more ruddy brown in person and the red only comes out every now and then, though the leather's definitely have a more prominent burgundy tint to them than any of the textile pieces.

What non-neutral color would you prefer to see in these styles? Colors like this always just seem to be a nice extension of his palette that still mixes very well with tones that his customers already wear a lot.

It was kind of overwhelmingly disapproved on sz(i think faust is mad about what he perceived as a cheap shot at sz in a recent rick interview), and since most people wait for the fully formed opinions of people they view as more qualified than themselves before they opine on a topic, it seems like Faun is considered a weaker collection by the online fashion nerd community. I think it's at least as good as anything since plinth, the only disappointing aspect for me was the adidas shoes, my first reaction to the show was definitely more negative because they took focus away from the clothes which some are quite beautiful but the shoes are terrible, but the shoes haven't been a strong aspect of the collection after plinth anyway. I couldn't find it in the Rick thread (and then I got distracted and read through 100 odd pages of the thread) and then didn't want to put up with any more of Faust's shitty jokes. I can probably check through fashion media now and I'll let you know if I find anything.

It was nothing major, something about Rick saying something negative about people who look too much into his work and Faust taking it as if he was talking about sz directly, he may have been, I don't know.

Faust complained that (elements of) moody was a nod to Rick's new hip-hop following but I think that's more Faust being upset that his secret club has long since been invaded by people of that persuasion. Pic related, moody on the right and crust (FW09) on the left. I think he gives hip hop style more inspiration than he draws from it.
