Early 20's problem

Hey there, so indeed it sucks to be white & in early twenties, 23 to be exact.
Any idea what to do with this terrible hair? They're quite thin too, and I at least 2 hair every time I comb over them with my hand, should I try going buzzcut? I have quite big ears and nose (inb4 jew. No)
I usually wear blazer + t-shirt/shirt and jeans (aka Dr.House style as someone said back in school I look like young house from some episode).Sometimes whole suit with a tie/bowtie.
Any advice please?
